Lubbock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lubbock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went on national chocolate chip cookie day around 830 pm. The selection was slim and the lady working the counter said they only bake 4 cookies at a time. Honestly thought she was joking but she was dead serious. So I asked for two of the only chocolate chip cookies they had and before I could get one some dude came from the back and grabbed it for a call in order. Anyway, save your money and make your own cookies because chances are this place wonโ€™t have any.

My children and I decided to get a late night snack after a long day. We placed our order and waited patiently in the corner as a few more people came in. My daughter whispered to me that she heard the employees in the back swearing and being frustrated but I waved it off. We waited 13 minutes when the young lady working the register took out one of her earbuds to let us know our order was sitting on the counter. There was minimal to no attempt to notify us when the order was ready, and even then, we waited for so long anyone could have let us know it was there. Instead we waited patiently and ended up leaving with cold dessert.

Came in for the cookie within the cookie because of the sign they had out front. Apparently they don't have those cookies anymore but the sign is still outside. Ordered an ice cream for my daughter, it was way expensive. No cone just cups.. my daught saw the toppings container and asked for sprinkles becaise she is five and loves sprinkles.. the girl serving us carelessly said, "we dont offer toppings." When the container plainly says, "ask us about our toppings!" Yeah Baskin Robbins it is.. the have coffee.. with all that said the cookies were overpriced and low quality.

The cookies were fine but they were not warm because it took them over an hour and a half to deliver them. Normally I wouldnโ€™t complain but when I called the store to try and get an update they werenโ€™t able to provide me with any information or update on where my order was. I ordered the cookies at 7:45 they did not arrive until 9:20pm. I was ready for bed at this point due to having work the next day and just left the cookies for tomorrow since they werenโ€™t warm anymore anyways. Just a disappointing experience for pricey cookies.

We were there around 8p on the Friday of TTU graduation. We were the only ones there when we arrived, but the store filled up quickly with just two more small parties. They were out of the seasonal cookies, but we were able to order several cookies and ice cream sandwiches between us. The cookies were cold and ok, the ice cream sandwiches were good, the service was indifferent. Itโ€™s close to campus and within walking discuss to considerable student housing, so convenient for students or those wanting cookies close to campus.
